Anyone get a chance at it on beta/test?
In order to spare people from having to actually go visit another place for something that can just go here, the official forums, I'm posting what was said on Discord, rather than giving a link and forcing you to go there to find out:

Moving something to the top of a list, takes MUCH longer than crossing it off a list.

You can check it on Beta currently or on Test after that patch to see if it's resolved.

Is this a type of issue (pathing/warping) that takes a patch to fix? How often is Beta patched? test/live is monthly, right? If it helps, these specific mobs dont go active for like a tick or so, after spawn. If you can make them aggro immediately on spawn, then we have a chance to tag/aggro them before they warp to/near camp, leading to event reset.

Is it the mobs from the broken LS
quest raid? Cairbrae following them to see if they path or warp (causing insta fail). That was my interpretation
