Pretty sure they are more focused on the new expansion and not the raid that has been out since March. Understand your frustration but this is a raid that could/should have been done months ago.
This is current raid content that has been unavailable for a month now. Not just partially broken, completely unavailable. As far as I know there are no official guidelines out there stating when various content 'should' have been completed by with deadlines and availability expiration dates.

It might be a little different if this was several expansions back, but we are talking CURRENT CONTENT.

This is completely unacceptable.

UGH. Still have new members stuck that cant complete the evolves on neck because of this.

We have new recruits that still need these achievements. Completing the evolving neck that anyone familiar with this expansion is well familiar with is locked behind raid achievements that are currently unavailable with this raid being broken. To add insult to injury, this raid includes one of the most PITA achievements to get for this expansion, depending in many cases on luck/rng. Not having it available for over a month means we've lost out on 4-5 attempts at getting said achievement.

Shrug, in less than a month it wont be current content. Tilting windmills, the next live patch is the next expansion.

Just realized arm gear at the raid merchant is locked behind this completion too…

Extra frustrating that I can’t evolve my neck and can’t buy the one piece of gear I’ve been saving for.

Moving something to the top of a list, takes MUCH longer than crossing it off a list.

You can check it on Beta currently or on Test after that patch to see if it's resolved.

Is this a type of issue (pathing/warping) that takes a patch to fix? How often is Beta patched? test/live is monthly, right? If it helps, these specific mobs dont go active for like a tick or so, after spawn. If you can make them aggro immediately on spawn, then we have a chance to tag/aggro them before they warp to/near camp, leading to event reset.

Is it the mobs from the broken LS quest raid? Cairbrae following them to see if they path or warp (causing insta fail). That was my interpretation
