Confirmed Unable to get level 69 Dragons of Norrath faction spell on persona.

I completed the Tier 1 and Tier 2 DoN progression quests in Lavastorm. The reward for the Tier 2 one which is to turn in the glowing stone to Relae is to give you an AA and your level 69 DoN spell. I then changed personas and did the faction grind and killed Emoush to loot the glowing stone fragment. Relae will not accept it from me because the character flag / achievement / AA part of the quest carries over from original character class.

As far as I can tell there is no other way to get the spell on a persona because those spells are not on the DoN vendors, only received from the quest turn in which is not repeatable on personas.

Can't research these spells until later expansions. DoN is the current expansion on Oakwynd and we can't get the spells for personas. The progression can only be done once per character as far as I'm aware.

same problem here, Did the DoN progresson on main, and tried talking to commander on a persona, but no dice. I have the achievement on the persona, but not the faction but some type of fix, or just a way to get the spells for personas be great.

Same problem here still. We've tried seeing if it was a faction thing, we've tried getting the other faction and seeing if that worked as well. Nothing. Hoping this post can help it get visibility.

Can confirm. If I had known about this limitation in advance, would have gotten the spell on another of my personas where it was more useful :(

Please take a look at this and fix the issue. This will effect every progression TLP moving forward since personas now exist.
