Fixed Internally The Perfect Companion quest on the Teek server

Target NPC: Grimble Grumblemaker
Target Location: -282.00, 1501.00, -126.06, 444.00

Description: I hailed Grimble Grumblemaker after completing the 15 available steps of The Perfect Companion quest on the Teek server. I received the flowers, but didn't get the achievement for completing "A Guide to Love." I had previously completed the Things are Best with Friends, Erollisi Day Lovers, and Erollisi Day Haters portions of that achievement. I now have the "Collect 15 of Grimble Grumblemaker's 'gifts'" step completed, but the The Perfect Companion is still in my quest log and I did not receive the reward for that quest or the achievement (as already mentioned). When I hail him he gives me the dialogue he'd give someone without the quest.

The quest only requires you to actually hail 5 and shows 15 but if you do hail all 16 then you get the /ach.

Usually the special /ach for any quest is going above and beyond or a little hidden extra step.

It would be easy to just run thru and make sure you hailed them all again.

You can't hail all 16 on teek because one of them is in Crescent Reach which isn't out yet. I posted a screenshot of my achievement window. I think it is still pending approval, but if/when it gets approved you can see the achievement was updated to only require 15 (at least on teek).

Regardless of that, I got the bonus reward (the flowers). I did not receive the regular quest reward (should be 585pp and some xp for me) or credit for completing the quest.

I don't think I can explain this another way. I got the bonus. I didn't get the regular quest reward. Please stop trying to help.

I ended up just dropping the quest, repeating 5 of the weird steps, and then turning it in. I got the quest reward and the achievement.

Reporting the same issue. Got the quest, did 15 of the hails (can't do the CR one on Teek). Talked to Grimble again, he gave us the flowers but the quest did not complete.
