"a lost area between Freeport and Nektulos" would be somewhere in commonlands. As a 25 year old zone is it possible there is a hidden corner that hasn't been found? I do remember an early crack in the geometry that could dump players under the zone. Is it possible the devs have exploited this non zone to create new content?
Nada. It's accessed from the east side of the river in Nek and a tunnel in the north of EFP harbor.

No, the ability to buy the feature in the marketplace unlocks when the next expansion goes live. You'll have to wait and see what the pricing will be.

Isn't that what I just said? *lol* If they fudge it by a few days, who cares, I certainly don't. If you didn't buy LS while it was on sale, and you want to use personas, you will have to buy the feature in the marketplace.

Most likely DE ranger will only be available on TLP servers when ToB does get unlocked. New DE rangers could start in CR, ToB or the Nektulos Forest and not in Neriak. Most likely in the new expansion just as Iksar started in TRoK and Vah Shir in TSoL, and that zone will be connected to Nekulos Forest for the newbie area. It could even have a small newbie area on it's own. I am really curious about the epic quests and factions. An easy solution would be to remove factions from epic quest NPCs. But it is also possible that DE rangers can only worship Tunare and Karana like most other rangers, similar to Drizzt Do'Urden (Mielikki deity). This solution would be even more easy so it is the most likely. And there is a high chance for the agnostic "deity" to prevent conflicts with Neriak. Race change potions sure will go through the roof.

That is my take considering the normal use of such statements, but as a guildmate pointed out, they altered the phrasing from norm this time, which they seemed to feel was significant.
