Again, very new to this but thing but do we post again since they didn't see this the first time?
Not sure why you think they did not see it the first time?
This is how it works:
A bug should only be reported one time and by one poster. Everyone else who also has the same bug should click the "like" button on that first post. They can add more info in that same thread if they want to.
But in order for this to work right you have to find the other post and most don't look for the same bug but instead just start a new post.
Another thing that messes with it is when a bug is on live but posted on test forum or its only on test and gets posted on live.
Sometimes the CS will combine all the posts into one.
You might see a dev post on the thread and they ask for more info. You might see the post show up with "confirmed" in red on the top of the post. That means devs took a look and have confirmed it is bugged. Just because it does not say confirmed does not mean it was not seen.
Next step is for them to figure out what they need to do to fix it. It might get fixed in the next patch or in some cases it could take years.
It does not help to keep "bumping" the posts which is against the rules anyway. But some posters will try and keep it going by posting something like "still happening" or really just not adding anything. They are trying to keep it up the top of the list. That does not work.
This link is the second one in the BUG report forum and has the basic rules
