QoL Improvement - Cloudy Pots

We haven't had one of these in a while. There have been quite a few requests for bigger stacks over the years. We still have stacks of 20. Pretty sure we have had developer comments that they do not want to change the stack size (at least at this time).

You can always ask though. Good luck on getting a response.

This! The dev's realized long ago that clerics, already vastly overpowered, would become near demi-gods if their backpacks weren't weighed down with multiple stack of 20 invis potions. It's for the good of Norrath, really.

Everyone who posts in this thread really knows what cloudy potions do, really.
If you mean Tallie, re-read their post.

No, I don't mean Tallie, it should be perfectly clear who I was replying to. And cloudy potions are far from the only consumable item to give invis so their stacking is not just limited by that.

Who mentioned the "power" - Riou?

Anyway, do proceed with going for quantity of posts over 0 value-add or quality. Do continue to mention what's known to a new player, and have fun. I am out of this thread.

Back on topic, making it stack to 100 when it already stacks to 20 is a 100% QOL.

I never said anything about not increasing the stack size, I just responded to a post that mentioned that since it gives invis the devs won’t want to increase the stack size and might actually decrease it. The issue is that the reason to use cloudy potions is because of the instant cast.

For a more serious post, the main value of cloudy potions is that they can invis you. Faster is better to be sure, but I suspect that most characters who have no way to self invis just want to use them for their main purpose. Personally I would even take a short cast time if they would stack more.

My ranger can instantly self invis repeatedly. So can my SK and Rogue (okay the rogue can take a fraction of a second). Given we will probably never have that ability I think that larger stacks would be a small bone to toss our way.

That response. to me, is quite confusing - it would make sense if the potions didn't stack at all in the first place, but they do (10 a stack).

With the practically huge bag space now for any char, having stacks of 10 each and hot-keying those stacks ( takes what 10 seconds?) will make them walk around with basically unlimited invisibility.

I am sure I am missing something very obvious here though...can someone point it out please?
