Issue: Progression flags not being granted despite completing requirements
I've completed all the flagging content for the Elemental Planes and Plane of
Time, but my character isn't receiving the flags. I have logs showing:
- Completing the pre-flag requirements
- Killing the main bosses
- Hailing the Planar Projection
Despite this, the NPCs (Milky's Sickness quest, the Hedge, etc.) no longer
offer the dialogue needed to attempt the flags again. I submitted logs to the
GMs, but they were unable to fix my flags.
I completed all of this content with my guild and now cannot progress. At this
point, I'm considering rerolling because no NPC will give me the flag
dialogues anymore.

- Milky's Sickness quest
- Elemental Planes flags
- Plane of Time access
