Just tossing this out here so you don't run afoul of forum rules:
They may take this as bumping a thread, even if you change the title of it.
Also, if you go the route of creating a new thread each day, that could probably get you in trouble as well.

Pretty much there is trouble all around. On the other hand, if this thread stays mostly on course and doesn't veer too far into anger land it has a good chance of near term survival.

Even when they could do this it took weeks. I did this way back when and apparentley the person that could do this took the all knowing knowledge with them when they left. Well at least thats the last story I got.

Just a thought:

Account to account transfer could be abused to circumvent the Heirloom restriction on items. Maybe this is one of the reasons they dont allow it

And it would be nice to know more about why it isn't available. And even nicer to be able to do it.

No. That is not the reason. That is a persistent rumor that refuses to die.

The answer is cost.

I'm pretty sure at this point CS has no access to the billing data to verify shared account ownership for customer privacy/security. They would have to build a system to enable associating accounts without exposing payment data; but the trend is towards LESS data, like the removal of the 'days left on subscription' in game.

And we don't need a thread that is going to be updated daily asking for it as they have already stated their stance on it. Also their stance on free trade servers was we would not like the restrictions on it not that they would never do another one.
