Not A Bug Crude Defiant Buckler does not equip correctly

Description: I am level 22. When I equip the Crude Defiant Buckler it turns yellow and does not count toward stats. It is not modified in any way with augments and has a requirement of level 10. It is not prestige buts acts in this way.

Did you check what classes can use it? Hint it's not beastlords.

They had to change this for personas because people were getting auto banned when swapping personas with class specific items equipped. Now you can equip anything it just disables with a yellow shade.
